When Headphones Are Required

We love sound and sometimes we need to plug in something to allow us to have a proper listening experience without bothering anyone else in the room or out in the world. Having a private concert is a blast and a joy to your ears but sometimes it can be a bit dangerous. There are large variety of headphone manufacturers out there in the world but they break down into two categories: Earbuds or Headphones. Here we are going to go over the pros and cons of both of these devices.

These are the old guard, the reliable design that we've grown accustom to using over the years, and whenever we think of portable listening it if the first image that pops into our minds. You get a very private concert that tends to keep the world out and your tunes on high.

Pros: Comfortable, quiet, adds something to your wardrobe, has been improved to the point of perfection.
Cons: Can sometimes catch your hair in its adjustable section, can make your head hot due to ear coverage, and some of them are pretty heavy.

This piece of tech came into existence around the late 90's early 2000's. The speaker is tiny but it's because it fits inside your ear, resting just inside the ear itself. Using a rubber seal, the small speaker can produce an insane amount of sound.

Pros: Small, portable, does not interfere with your hair, great sound for a small package.
Cons: Has been shown to damage eardrums if used incorrectly, the seal can get stuck in some peoples ears or might be too small.

In the end it is a personal choice as to which kind of head listening device you want to have going off in your ears, but these are just some thoughts to have when you are shopping.
